She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Lee Smoak, Sr.; and her parent Clarence Servaty (Ilene) of Minnesota. She is survived by: her children, Marie, Marsha Caddell (David) and Horace "Lee" Smoak Duval (Bob); her grandchildren, Kaylyn, Trista and Drew Duval; and her great grandchild Wren.
