Joyce Baxley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Baxley of Brittons Neck, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rembert Manning Harper and Cora Lee Byrd Harper; and her brother Richard Manning Harper. She is survived by: her husband David Blondell Baxley; her children, Cheryl Denise Baxley, Leigh Ann Baxley Brooke (James C. Brooke) and David Blondell Baxley, Jr.; her sisters, Barbara Harper Meadows (James Meadows) and Maryilyn Harper Gibson; and her grandchildren, William Brooke and Ty Brooke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
