She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Hall and Elsie Frances Lewis Hall; her husband James Tillman Tapley; her children, Linda Tapley and Gary Ridgeway; her granddaughter Wendy Sutton; and her siblings, Benjamin Lewis, Bob Hall, Judy Holt, Jacquelyn Bennett, Carol Moore and Myrtle Young.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Muckenhirn of Varnville, Vickie Brown of Hampton, Cora Seegers (George) of Brunson and Eddie Tapley of Brunson; her siblings, Fred Hall of North Carolina, Don Hall of Wisconsin, Wayne Hall of Colorado, Paul Hall (Marilyn) of Rhode Island, Brenda Dunbar (Ron) of Rhode Island and Pearl Clifton of Rhode Island; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Davis (Jody), Samantha Dobson, Amanda Whittaker, Tony Seegers (Allana), DeeDee Jarrell, Adam Sutton, Shane Sutton, David Lee and Justin Nix (Latisha).
