He is survived by: his mother Debra McPerson Stone; his husband Brandon Michael Layden; his children, Caitlin Layden, Rachel Layden and Tristan Layden; his siblings, Chris Peters (Nicole) of Estill and Angie Peters Waltz (Lee) of Little Swamp; and his friend Connie Witt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488).
