He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Felder, Sr. and Chrissie Burgess Felder; and his siblings, Anna M. Felder, Lottie Mae Felder, Essie Mae Felder, Christine Evan and Johnny Felder.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Felder; his children, Gereitha Felder and Dannell Baker of Florence, SC; and his siblings, Mary Stephens of Philadelphia, PA, Lee Earnest Felder (Gearldine) of Cades, SC and Raleigh Felder, Jr. of Lake City, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
