He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Manning and Miriam Hutchison Manning; and his sister Rhonda Miriam Kilgore (Eddy). He is survived by: his wife Dena; his sons, Jeremy Manning (Christy) of Calhoun Falls and Jason Manning of Calhoun Falls; his sister Gaylon McAlister of McCormick; and his grandson Wyatt Manning.
