She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jones and Catherine Bell Jones; her spouse Charlie Melvin Sanders; and her sisters, Lillie Bell Johnson, Thelma Edwards and Barbara Chisley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Ashmore (Paul) of Easley and Katherine Taylor of West Columbia; her siblings, Florence Lewis of Bladensburg, Sharon Postell, Charlie D. Jones of Calhoun Falls, Dennis Jones of Greenwood and Gwendolyn Allen (Ronnie) of Ellenwood, Georgia; her granddaughters, Alycia Ashmore of Easley, KeAirah and Kareena Taylor of West Columbia; and her daughter Beverly Perrin of Elberton, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
She was a devoted member of Brownlee Chapter OES #279 of Calhoun Falls and worked for many years with The Tracy Jackson Foundation.
