He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Earl McCall and Pauline Haralson McCall; his brother-in-law Garnett Hall; and his son-in-law Jeff McKellar. He is survived by: his wife Linda Powell Willoughby McCall; his children, Regina McKellar of Elberton, GA, Johnny Willoughby (Tina) of Iva, Tony Willoughby (Buffy) of Lowndesville and Rev. Scotty Willoughby (Pam) of Lowndesville; and his siblings, Jeanette Hall of Honea Path and William McCall (June) of Calhoun Falls. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
