Peggy Pettigrew Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Pettigrew of Calhoun Falls, South Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Doffis Burton and Margaret Elizabeth Smith Burton; and her siblings, Carol Padgett and Jerry Burton. She is survived by: her husband Bob Pettigrew; her children, Christy Kirk (Brian) of Simpsonville and Robert Pettigrew III (Hayes) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Sydney Kirk, Laurel Kirk, Kathleen Kirk and Henry Pettigrew; and her siblings, Jonnie Ward, Mike Burton, Debra Davenport and Kathy Burton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calhoun Falls United Methodist Church (529 Marion St, Calhoun Falls, SC 29628). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
