He was predeceased by: his parent Claude C. Fulghum; and his brother Mark Fulghum. He is survived by: his wife Susan Haynes Brown; his mother Martha Evans Fulghum of Royston, GA; his sisters, Kim Allen of Athens, GA, Jennifer Ivie (Bobby) of Gainesville, GA and Julie Elgin (Steve) of Hartwell, GA; and his siblings' children, Braxton Hix, Josh Allen and Kayla Fulghum. He is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
