She is survived by: her children, Bess Schmitt of Hendersonville, NC and Andy Owens of Camden, SC; her granddaughter Ana Hicks of Hendersonville, NC; and her siblings, Gloria Sams of Horseshoe Bay, TX and Larry Haynes (Dianne) of Charlotte, NC.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel (1112 Fair St, Camden, SC 29020).
