She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley DeMusey and Annie M. Patterson DeMusey; her stepsister Margie Pack; and her nephew Gregory Pack. She is survived by: her cousin Katherine "Katie" Thomas; her close friend Gloria Sumpter; her goddaughter Crystal Armstrong; her grandson Quincy Timmons; her niece Andrea Judd; her close friend Jackie Walker; Ramond Alvarado. She is also survived by loving cousins, friends.
