He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry William and Mary James Horner; and his sister Angie Newman Horner. He is survived by: his wife Brannon Hough Horner of Camden; his son Owen Hough of Camden; his siblings, Jay Horner (Roni) of Camden, Adam Horner (Melissa) of Shelby, NC and Megan Horner of Camden; his mother-in-law Catherine J. Hough; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hough Lawson; and his pet Jasmine "Jazzy" Horner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and treasured friends.
