She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Willie Outten Sr. and Madell Williams Outten; her husband Rosenwald Kirkland Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Jean Outten, Sarah Lenix, Daniel Willie Outten, Jr., Mark Outten and Jimmy Outten.

She is survived by : her children, Kevin and Kenya Kirkland (Tristen); her stepdaughter Tara Kirkland; her grandchildren, Mya, Alexis, Landon and Kayten; her sister Peggy Cunningham (Keith) of Lugoff; and her cousin Lisa Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
