It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Johnson of Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernadette Mullen and Carl F. Johnson; and his sisters, Charlotte Johnson and Joanne Oswell. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn R. Swanson Johnson; his children, Jerry E. Johnson (Carrie) of Cibolo, TX, Deanna L. Claybaugh (Craig) of Oaksdale, WA and Joel Allen Johnson of Bend, OR; and his brother James Johnson (Pauline) of Blythewood, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews he loved.
