She was predeceased by : her parents, George Dunham and Lucinda Johnson Dunham; her husband Peter King; her children, Michael T. King Sr. and Bessie Mae King Hagins; her granddaughter Mary Louise McCaskill; and her siblings, Hover Lee Dunham, Robert Dunhan, George A. Dunham, Ethel Beatrice Dunham Dixon, Johnny Dunham, Inez Manigault and Marilyn Dunham Dubose.

She is survived by : her children, Debora Johnson (Carlton) of Dallas, Georgia, Kathy McCaskill of Bethune and George King of Bethune; and her brother Leander Dunham (Joan) of Bethune. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
