She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Atkinson and Christine Atkinson; her brothers, Mike Atkinson (Wanda) and Mitchell Atkinson; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Stevenson.
She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Mandy Godwin of Lugoff and Trey Godwin (Amy) of Lake Wateree; her grandchildren, Gabe Godwin (Bek) of Salisbury, N. C., Pierce, Patrick Oliver of Lugoff, S. C., Olive and Porter Godwin of Lake Wateree, SC; her great grandchild Leona Godwin of Salisbury, N. C.; and her sisters, Debbie Atkinson and Vikki Dority (Mark) of Camden.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1201 Broad St, Camden, SC 29020).
