He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Dixie L. Covell. He is survived by: his wife Debra Langley Kennedy; his children, Paul Watson Kennedy Jr. and Chelsea Renee; his son-in-law Will Araujo; his daughter Nadia Michelle Shamsedin; his granddaughter Isabelle Ellie Kennedy; his brother Michael R.; his sister-in-law Dianne F. Kennedy; his mother-in-law Frances S. Langley; and his siblings-in-law, Valerie J. Abbott (Tom), Donna L. Arndt Aline Stevenson (Vance) and Casey Covell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kornegay Funeral Home (1112 Fair St, Camden, SC 29020). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
