She was predeceased by : her parents, John Archie Smith and Ronnie Elizabeth "Peggy" Caulk; her daughter Angie Horner Newman; and her brothers, Carl Smith and Tony Caulder.
She is survived by : her sons, Jay Horner (Roni) of Camden and Adam T. Horner (Melissa) of Shelby, NC; her grandchildren, Dylan Newman, Dalton Horner, Nikki Horner and Kendall Horner; her siblings, Mike Smith of Cassatt, SC and Sharon Martin (Pat) of Cassatt, SC; and her sister-in-law Harriett Smith.
