He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ouellette and Albea Berbue Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Dietrich Ouellette; his children, Heather Ouellette (Brad Campbell) and Douglas Ouellette; his granddaughter Mia Ouellette of Maine; and his siblings, David Ouellette (Susan) of Caribou, Maine, Brenda Jean of Caribou and Paula Siddiqui (Javed) of Caribou, Maine.. He is also survived by three nieces and six nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
