He is survived by: his wife Maria Lopez-Velez; his children, Jose Vasquez of Cassatt, Wilfredo Velez of Cassatt, Brian Velez (Alissa) of Springfield, MA, Frank William Velez (Destany) of Hartsville, Luis Vasquez of Cassatt, Steven Feliciano of Baltimore, MD and Paula Michelle Velez of Cassatt; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Velez, Brian Velez, Aiden Velez, Ivy Velez, Sofia Young, Julia Young and Brison Velez; his mother Consuelo Crespo Quinones; and his siblings, Frank William Velez-Quinones (Vivian) and Lizveth Velez Quinones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
