He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Morris Outlaw; his children, Annie Outlaw, Valerie Outlaw, Rachael Outlaw and Alexis Kirkland; his grandchildren, Baila, Vincent, Oaklynn, Jackson, Harper, Wilder and Teddy; and his brother Randy Steadman, II.
