She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross I. Hudson and Flora Upfield Hudson; her husband Dr. Harry Edwards Ulmer; her siblings, Dorothy Hudson and Warren G. Hudson; her daughter-in-law Christine Ulmer of Marietta; her nephew Steven; and her friend Mona Summers of Cameron.

She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Ulmer Harvey (Glen) of Summerville and George Edwards Ulmer of Marietta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Kenneth Gerald Harvey (Jessica), Kyle David Harvey (Meredith), Virginia Ulmer Greer (Drake) and Courtney Jeanne Ulmer; her great grandchildren, Theodore Harvey and Atticus Greer; her nephew Ross Hudson; her brother-in-law Richard Edwards Ulmer; her nephews, David, John and Michael; and her niece Katherine.
