As we bid Amelia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Amelia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Welborn and Mary Thelma McCarter Wilson; her son Paul Reis; and her stepfather Boyd Vickers, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, William Reis, Eric Huggins and Allison Reis; and her siblings, Ronald Wilson (Cathy), Rebecca Bridges (Terry) and Janice McClure (Eddy). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as special nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
