He is survived by: his wife Rachel Laughter Dill; his children, Richard Dill (Angela) and Wanda Dill Mann (Brian); his brother Jesse Dill (Joyce); his brother-in-law Dean Laugher (June); his granddaughter Emily Dill; his stepgranddaughter Samatha Herrington (William); and his stepgreat-grandson Sullivan Herrington. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
