She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Blackwell and Cleo Blackwell; her husband Donnie Lee Fowler, Sr.; her sons, Donnie Lee Fowler, Jr. and Anthony Austin; and her sister Judy Collins.
She is survived by: her son Stacey Fowler (Melony); and her sister Patricia Hall (Bert).
