He is survived by: his wife Patricia Culbreth; his daughters, Amber Culbreth and Ashley Culbreth Rhoden (Landon); his sister Jennie Allison; and his grandchildren, Marissa Thacker, Abrielle Rhoden, Gracie Rhoden, Melody Rhoden, Corban Rhoden and Grayson Valencia.
