He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Mae (Williams) and Charles Fulton Parnell; and his siblings, Vernon Charles Parnell and Minnie Pearl Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Parnell (Stott); his son Travis Parnell (Lyssa); his granddaughter Carleigh Parnell; and his brother Robert Wayne Parnell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
