He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bair and Helen Bair; his brother Timmy Bair; his grandson Jacob Evans; and his former wife Wanda Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Driggers and Howdy Bair (Rhonda); his son Sean; his daughter-in-law Nicole Bair; his grandchildren, Skyler Bair (Britney), Kaylee, Kelly, Colton and Luke; and his great grandchild Waylon Bair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
