She is survived by: her children, Larry Phillips, Tony Phillips (Diane), Debra Tagliaferri, Cheryl Smith (Sandy) and Jeff Phillips (Alyson); her siblings, Gary Starnes and Rachel Mincey; and her caregivers, Tabatha Davis and Lisa Durney. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great- great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cayce Presbyterian Church (1600 Summerland Dr, Cayce, SC 29033).
