She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smoak Dukes, Jr. and Mabel Whittle Dukes. She is survived by: her sisters, Shiela Dukes of West Columbia and Barbie Dukes Sturkie of West Columbia; and her siblings' children, Amanda Niccum (Kevin), Jess Kennedy (Nick) and Josh Sturkie (Becky).
