It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Cook in Central, South Carolina, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charlotte Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Finnis F. Rudd and Dorothy Johnson Rudd; and her husbands, Johnny F. Terry and James Charlie Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Brian D. Terry (Elizabeth) and Jason A. Terry (Laura); and her stepson Jeff Cook (Lisa). She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East View Cemetery (725 Kingston Ave NE, Rome, GA 30161).
