She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Marcus and Birdie Lee Donald Marcus; her daughter Brenda Gray; and her sisters, Evelyn Cash and Gladys Smith.

She is survived by : her daughter Debbie Crane (Jay) of Central; her siblings, Willie Marcus of Central, Beulah Pilgrim of Pickens and Mary Pilgrim of Liberty; her grandchildren, Matthew Davis of Central and Gray Crane of Central; her great grandchild Athena Crane; and her close friend Richard Green of Anderson.
