He was predeceased by : his father Buddy. He is survived by : his children, Maddie and Dustin Baldwin of Greenville; his close friend Sophie; his mother Sue Baldwin of Pickens; his cousin Joey Baldwin (Alicia); his son Cade; his uncles, Jerry and Morris Baldwin; and his aunt Ruth Lunny. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Welcome Baptist Church for Maddie Baldwin.
