She is survived by: her mother Shelba Jean Smith Riggins; her daughter Stephanie Howard (Mark Askinas); her sisters, Renee Thrift (Robert), Connie Martin (Larry) and Jennifer Williams; and her sister-in-law Karen Riggins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
