She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Albright and Carrie Albright (Hise); her husband Walter J. Hanzlick; her son Dr. Randy Lee Hanzlick; and her brother Richard C. Albright.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Mary Hanzlick of Chapin. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
