He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Henry Evans and Florence McPherson Evans; and his niece Charlene Hipp Pinnix. He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Hipp Evans; his nieces, Donna Hipp Smith (C. A.), Janet Hipp (Marion) and Lisa Looney; his nephew Bret Howard Hipp (Kathy); his sister-in-law Dorothy Hunter; and his nephew-in-law Johnny Pinnix.
