We are sad to announce that, on October 19, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Doyle Everett McBride of Chapin, South Carolina. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Doyle Everett McBride to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, F. E. McBride and Myrtis Williams McBride. He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Snooks; his daughters, Shannon Weiss (Kip) and Jennifer McBride; his grandchildren, Taylor Caldwell (Kristia), Kaytlen Toole (Chandler), Dylan Caldwell (Emily) and Jackson Weiss; his great grandchild Lily Taylor Toole; and his siblings, Joyce M. Eddy and Bobby E. McBride (Jane). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In 2020, at the height of the Covid pandemic, Doyle was approached by numerous federal, state, and private entities to source PPE supplies due to his worldwide contacts, logistical expertise and procurement knowledge.

Memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 95 Saluda St, Ninety Six, SC 29666.

“We are so sad to hear of Doyle’s passing. My husband and I went to the Dominican Republic with him and football coach, Steve Spurrier and Jerri. It was a memorable time because Doyle went out of his way for everyone to enjoy themselves. My husband played golf with Doyle, and was a member of Star Fort National for years in which Doyle owned. We will cherish the memories, and the many games at USC that we shared pulling for the Gamecocks! Donna and Eddie Rowland”
