He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Winton Cline and Florence Tanner Cline. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Power Cline; his children, Eldred Winton Cline III (Anna), Brian Power Cline (Amy), Jason Chappell Cline and Amy Cline King (Jeremy); and his grandchildren, Tanner Moore Cline, Baylee Cline Parker (Cameron), Elizabeth Kalina Cline, Andrew Winton Cline, Lillie Lauren Cline, Chase Duval Cline and Whitney King.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church (735 Old Lexington Hwy, Chapin, SC 29036).
