She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Malcolm Shealy and Stella Irene Summer Shealy. She is survived by: her husband Bryan P. Bowers, Sr.; her children, Bryan P. Bowers, Jr., Laura Daily (Warren) and Julie Zeigler (Eddie); her grandchildren, Madison King (Holden), Blaine Daily (Trad Beatty), Karoline Zeigler and Anna Grace Zeigler; her great grandchild Parker Warren King; and her sister Vivian Cameron.

Memorials may be made in Frances's memory to Chapin Meals on Wheels and or to St, Jude's Children's Hospital.
