He is survived by: his son Johnny Smith (Johnnyâ); his wife Allison; his grandchildren, Andrea Cook (Robbie), Josh Smith (Hannah), Justin Smith, Brielle, Annaleise and Isaac Smith; and his siblings, Jeanette Bayliss (Jim), Sharon Hensel (John) and Michael Smith (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to organizations supporting Alzheimer’s research or caregiver support.
