He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hampton O'Quinn and Katie Summers O'Quinn; and his siblings, James O'Quinn, Roma Simonelli and Jeanette Driggers.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Worsham O'Quinn; his children, Anna Richter and Perry O'Quinn (Kathy); his grandsons, Reed (Kristin), Carey Richter (Victoria), Jason (Elizabeth), Kevin O'Quinn (Elena), Jackson (Marisa) and Cody Gentry (Caroline); his siblings-in-law, John Worsham and Margaret Worsham; and his nieces and nephews, Susan, Kathy, Brian Simonelli, Eddie, Andy, Allen Blume, Jill, Melissa, Teri, Ernie, Wes, Holland Worsham and Russell Kirkland. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse or Smile Train, causes that were especially meaningful to him.
