He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Lewis, Sr. and Rosa Mae Fullington Locke. He is survived by: his wife Peggy of Chapin, SC; his children, James Michael "Mike" Lewis (Mindy), Annette Nash and Michelle Williams (Al); and his stepdaughters, Libby Powers (Blake) and Lynn Semino (Michael). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
