We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2023, at the age of 78, Johnnie Ray Snipes in Chapin, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Billie D. Snipes and Juanita H. Snipes; and his son Billie D. Snipes. He is survived by : his wife Sandra L Snipes; his daughter Erin Cawood (Chris); his sister Mary A Brown (Jerry); his niece Laura B Lang (George); his great-nephew Sam Lang; his nephew Mark Brown (Stacy); his grandchildren, C. Hayden Cawood and Callasandra M Cawood; and also Jayden.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Chapin Baptist Church.
