It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda McCorkle Robinson of Chapin, South Carolina, born in Heath Springs, South Carolina, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Viola Young and Clyde Randolph McCorkle; and her sisters, Betty McCorkle, Barbara Wilson, Jackie Rast, Joan Jones and Patsy Corbett.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Paugels (Walt) of West Columbia, Patricia "Trish" Crouch of Chapin and David Robinson (Cara) of Aiken.
