He was predeceased by : his parents, Alphonse Belter and Eleanore Fadrowski. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Gore Belter; his children, Chet H. Belter, Chad J. Belter and Shawn Belter Meeh; and his grandchildren, Rachel Belter, Lauren Meeh, Brayden Meeh Dillon (Kade), Ava Meeh and Cullen Belter.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Our Lady of the Lake building fund at 195 Amick's Ferry Road, Chapin, SC 29036.
