He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferrell Ouzts and Rita Ouzts. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Ouzts; his daughters, Claire and Sally Ouzts; his siblings, Idessa Hair and Kenn Ouzts (Cathy); his sister-in-law Leslie Jones (Chad); his parents-in-law, Louise Moore and David; and his stepmother-in-law Cathy FitzGerald. He is also survived by three uncles, two aunts, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chapin Eagle Club in Richard's Memory.
