He was predeceased by : his parents, David Fraley and Geraldine Fraley. He is survived by : his significant other Carolyn; his daughters, Janet Hope of Columbia, SC and Leigh Ann Whitticar (Patrick) of Chapin, SC; his granddaughters, Nicole Frick (Aaron) of Little Mountain, SC and Katherine Hope of Columbia, SC; his great grandchildren, William "Wil" Frick and Sadie Grace Frick; and also, Eddie LaBoone (Becky), Christy Whitmire, James Reagan (Lorna), Geri Watson, Debbie Avins (Howard), Charles Reagan (Chris) and John Reagan (Laurie).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorials donations be made to Chapin American Legion Post 193, Little Mountain Fire and Rescue, or Fidelis Family Retreat.
