He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Madeline Lanier and Zenith Emmett Buice; his wife Linda Boozer Buice; and his daughter Leslie Elizabeth Buice. He is survived by: his children, Julie Upton [Tim Upton] and Allen Buice [Michael Mitchell]; his grandchildren, Evie, Ava and Ella Upton; and his sister Jackie Boozer [Sam Boozer].
