She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Middleton LeMacks and Alice Aubanna "Candy" LeMacks; her son "Reid" Patrick III of Washington; and her siblings, Thomas Middleton LeMacks and Lisa Middleton LeMacks.

She is survived by: her sister Mary LeMacks Scarborough; her brother-in-law Mikell Ross Scarborough; her grandson Jude Holmes Eaton-Patrick; her sibling's children, Thomas Lucas Scarborough, Mikell Ross Scarborough, Jr. and Alice Elizabeth Scarborough Burnett; her nephew-in-law Walter McGill Burnett; her great-nephew Lucas Alton Burnett; and her great-niece Lydia Ivy Burnett. She is also survived by cousins, friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel (232 Calhoun St, Charleston, SC 29401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (71 Broad St, Charleston, SC 29401).
